Diego Castro is one of Gorilla Logic’s talented Front End Engineers. He has been working in web development for 6 years and began programming in high school. Diego is always looking for something new to try or learn. In his free time, Diego likes to watch Netflix and play video games.
Where’s your hometown? – San José, Costa Rica.
Favorite place you’ve traveled to? – Machu Picchu. It is such a magical place!
Best advice you have received personally or professionally? – There will always be something new to learn.
Best childhood memory? – Playing soccer with my friends for hours.
Where do you go to relax and recharge? – I really enjoy unplanned trips to mountains or a beach.
What made you want to work at Gorilla Logic? – Gorilla has a good reputation in the developer community, great culture, and awesome people to work with.
What is your personal motto? – Try something new each month.
What is your most used tool in your office? – My headphones, I always have a spare on my car just in case.
Who are the biggest cheerleaders in your life? – My parents and siblings.
Best advice when meeting with a client? – As technology experts, our job is to let the client know the most viable way to accomplish their goals.
