Dennis Zamora is one of Gorilla Logic’s talented QA Automation Engineers. He has nine years of experience focused on improving or setting processes. Dennis enjoys any challenging opportunities to automate manual processes by using different techniques, tools, methodologies (CI/CD lately), etc. When he is not spending free time playing with his kids or watching soccer games, Dennis enjoys watching MMA fights (UFC – Bellator).
Where’s your hometown? – Hatillo, San Jose.
Favorite place you’ve traveled to? – Guanacaste (Beaches and Santa Cruz).
Best advice you have received personally or professionally? – Be patient.
If you could perform on stage with one famous musician/group, who would it be and why? – Dimmu Borgir.
If you could travel back in time to any period in history, when would it be? – First years of 1900 and meet Nikola Tesla.
Best childhood memory? – Christmas.
What made you want to work at Gorilla Logic? – References by friends, flexible schedule, and the work environment.
Who are the biggest cheerleaders in your life? – My kids. 🙂
Best advice when meeting with a client? – Always listen first, take notes, think objectively and then talk/make suggestions.
What qualities make someone successful in the tech world? – Soft skills in general.
