Where’s your hometown? – San José, Costa Rica.
Favorite place you’ve traveled to? – I’ve loved all the places I’ve traveled to, but the most special places have been Santiago de Chile, Los Angeles and Las Vegas.
How many years have you worked in your field? – Around 4 years.
How do you spend your free time? – Reading about technology, watching Netflix, playing games, out to places with my wife and family.
Where do you go to relax and recharge? – Anywhere quiet, green and peaceful.
What made you want to work at Gorilla Logic? – I think there is great talent working at Gorilla Logic and I want to learn from the best.
Something that your LinkedIn profile couldn’t tell us? – I almost became a professional Recurve Archer some years ago. I participated in many international events, but it came to a point where I had to decide whether the personal sacrifices were worth it and decide if the life I was getting into was what I really wanted. It was a big decision.
Who are the biggest cheerleaders in your life? – My wife, family and friends.
What motivated you to pursue working in your current field? – I’ve always liked computers. I used to watch my dad fixing computers for his friends and eventually I started disassembling and reassembling my own computers and that’s where it all started.
What qualities make someone successful in the tech world? – Good technical knowledge and people skills.
