Rolando Lázcares

Rolando is one of Gorilla Logic’s hardworking senior .NET software engineers. Although Rolando is currently a Back-End engineer, he is passionate about Front-End technologies as well. He strongly believes in teamwork and is convinced that quality work is made by teams, not individuals!

Favorite place you’ve traveled to? – San Gerardo de Dota, Costa Rica.

How many years have you worked in your field? – I’ve been working as a Software Developer for about 8 years now.

How do you spend your free time? – I love sports. I also love learning new technologies.

Best childhood memory? – Getting oranges from my orange tree and smashing them against the wall to open and eat them.

What’s one of your most embarrassing memories? – Drinking soda from the cup of the guy next to me, a complete stranger, in the movie theater.

What made you want to work at Gorilla Logic? – Gorilla Logic have an incredible reputation, cool projects, a really nice environment and a great set professionals. I know I’ll learn a lot.

What is your personal motto? – Be kind, be humble, work hard.

Something that your LinkedIn profile couldn’t tell us? – I love video games, especially Halo and Rocket League.

What motivated you to pursue working in your current field? – Creation, innovation, and learning.
